The property at 208 W Main St in Clayton, IL, property index #01-0-0467-000-00 will be offered for sale by sealed bid. Bids need to be dropped off or mailed to the Village office, 114 E Main St, Clayton IL 62324 by Dec 8th, 2025. The Village will open these sealed bids at 7:15 pm at the board meeting on Dec 9th. The Village has expended funds acquiring, rehabbing, and maintaining the property, and in addition to the value of the property, intends to recoup those expenses, in any sale. Those expenses are available for inspection at the Village office. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
